Over the past two days, our Agape team had the privilege of working closely with Viswa Sadasivan from Strategic Moves whom we engaged to guide us through this impactful retreat. His intrinsic leadership style brought us back to the roots of Agape Connecting People Pte Ltd mission, highlighting the critical difference between purpose and vision. Our key takeaway? We must never lose sight of the very purpose that brought us together. Vision drives us forward, but it is our purpose that grounds us. It was a powerful reminder as we plan for 2025 that our foundation must remain strong and clear. We also embraced the Triple A Leadership Methodology—Authenticity, Authority, and Accountability—which reminded us that as leaders, we cannot accomplish our vision alone.
